Certificate Issuance
Digital certificates are typically issued within three weeks following successful course completion.
Administrative Fees
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information. If an incorrect email address is submitted and course materials must be resent, a $10 administrative fee will apply.
Cancellations
For blended courses, cancellations made after online learning materials have been issued are subject to a $50 administrative fee, as access to course materials cannot be revoked. Participants are encouraged to ensure they are able to attend the scheduled course date prior to registering.
On-Site Training
On-site training is available for workplaces and organizations with a suitable training space that meets facility requirements. Please contact us to discuss availability and group bookings.
Proof of Completion
If proof of completion is required for employment purposes prior to certificate issuance, a course attendance record can be provided upon request, including instructor contact information for verification.
Workplace & Regulatory Requirements
This course is based on current First Aid and CPR guidelines and is designed to support workplace safety training needs. Participants should verify that certification meets applicable workplace or regulatory requirements.
