Cancellation & Refund Policy

Course Registration

 

Registration and payment are required to reserve a seat in a course. Spaces are limited, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Participant Cancellations

             

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time are eligible for:

              A full refund or

              A transfer to another available course date

              Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start time are not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for a one-time transfer to another course date at the discretion of the instructor.

              No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

 

Provider Cancellations or Rescheduling

 

If a course must be cancelled or rescheduled by the instructor (for example due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances):

              Participants will be offered:

              A full refund, or

              The option to transfer to another course date

 

Every effort will be made to notify participants as soon as possible.

How Cancellations Are Communicated

             

Cancellation and refund terms are displayed on the website at the time of booking.

              Any course cancellations or changes will be communicated directly to registered participants by email or phone.

              If a cancellation is required on the provider’s end, it will be handled individually and fairly with each client.

 

Refund Method

             

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

              Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

           

  In exceptional cases (such as medical or emergency situations), cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
