Online Course Details (Blended Courses)

 

 

The online learning component applies only to blended courses and is a required part of the certification.

 

The online portion is self-paced and completed independently prior to the in-class session. It is not a live virtual classroom and does not involve scheduled online instruction or video conferencing.

 

Participants must have access to a computer, tablet, or other internet-enabled device to complete the online learning component.

 

The online learning must be completed in full before attending the in-class skills session. Completion of the online portion is required to participate in the in-class training and to be eligible for certification.

 

Access to the online pre-study package is issued approximately two weeks before the scheduled in-class session. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address at registration and for confirming receipt of the online materials.

 

Due to delivery timelines, blended courses should be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance to allow adequate time to receive and complete the online learning component.
